Note: We will grow several varieties of the vegetables listed
above. For example, we will grow 3 varieties of beans and 3 varieties of
tomatoes.
Other Items:
We will sell strawberries and raspberries
in very limited quantities. These are not included
in the regular CSA shares. We are working on expanding our fruit patches but this takes
several years. Melons will also be attempted, but right now this is
experimental.
Shiitake mushrooms will be available
in limited quantities during the 2008 season.
